Swami June 2010 Guided Meditation

Note: Yesterday a comment was placed on this blog's entry for a February 2010 post: http://virtual-babaji-vishwananda.blogspot.com/2010/02/in-search-of-mahavatar-babajis-cave.html The pictures of Dronagiri Mountain where Babaji's cave is located are so beautiful, and the information so wonderful, that I felt Babaji's presence as I looked at the pictures and comment. I am placing the link on today's entry in case some of you may want to see the beautiful accommodations that are located on Dronagiri Mountain near Babaji's cave. Please click on the picture of Babaji (within the link) and the information that page contains (see copy at right above with Babaji picture, Dronagiri Mountain and the word, "Divinity").

Thank you to "Smile," who sent in the comment and link: (Signed in with "Smile" probably referencing his/her obvious "advertisement" of the accommodation location, and signed at the end of comment: Piyush (name or spiritual name??? which means, "Drink of the Gods" ). Thank you Piyush, I was delighted to see this area depicted so beautifully in this link. Maybe I will go there someday. - Utpalavati - LINK: http://www.dunagiri.com/

Atma Kriya Institute of Sri Swami Vishwananda has placed on VIMEO Video a Guided Meditation Gurudev did in early June 2010.

Swami Vishwananda: Meditation is not only to sit in one place and close one’s eyes and meditate, like we know it in the traditional way. Meditation is every time when you can look inside your heart and see the Divine.

Mahavatar Babaji: When you sit to meditate and time stops for the moment, how free you feel. Peace descends, when you cleanse and aline the chakras of the physical body into wholeness. The Crown Chakra opens of its own accord through committed practice of Atma Kriya techniques. The Divine sits in the middle of the Sahasrara, the crown chakra, waiting to be set free. Then the soul of the one who practices Atma Kriya flies free to come and go into and out of the physical form at will. That is the crowning glory of Atma Kriya; through diligent, loving practice you open the door to eternity, through the crown chakra, the Sahasrara.

Dearest Babaji, how powerful are our prayers? Can our prayers really influence somebody's spiritual progress, or is it just up to that person?

It is said that Tulsi Devi protected Her husband just by praying for him. Is it also possible for so-called "normal" human being? Can we protect those we love by praying for them, even if they are not so much into spirituality?
