LIght Body of Guru and You

Swami Vishwananda: The Guru Parampara is very important. This is the role of the SatGuru, this is the role of the spiritual teacher: to remove this ignorance from the mind, so that you can journey towards God Consciousness, or Enlightenment. Realize that The Master's body is Divine, and different than it appears, and one day will return to its natural home. Your light body, as well, will return.

Power in Thought - Mahavatar Babaji Today

Thoughts rise and fall within the mind constantly. It is said rightly, "As one thinks so is that one." You see, thoughts create your daily way of living and being. Your Guru Master, Sri Swami Vishwananda continually teaches you: "It is of utmost importance to control your thoughts., difficult, yes?"

Once a man in India lived in the high Himalayas as a yogi. He practiced for his sadhana; mediation, yoga asanas
and he walked the path of bhakti, devotion to God. He thought only of bathing in the Ganges each day in warm enough weather, keeping his fire burning constantly, which meant gathering wood and using yogic powers to keep it burning without wood, eating one meager meal a day, and meditation. This way of life was very simple and one of sacrificing or giving up the worldly duties that most of mankind choose to live.

This man's brother brought him food supplies from time to time and checked on him. The rest of his days were spent in meditation and walking in devotion to God. His thoughts were totally focused on this sadhana. His brother lived the life of a householder with a family of wife and two sons. He lived in the Vedic Tradition of work, meditation, pujas, abishekams to his Deity and charity to the beggars who came to his door daily. This brother’s thoughts were always on the bhakti path of devotion to God. When he did his family duties, he chanted the name of God until God was constantly in his thoughts, both day and night.

Both of these brothers reached such a high degree of total surrender to The Divine that they reached moksha, liberation, while living. They lived two very different life styles, but their thoughts were controlled and they remained amidst different environments in total accord with bhakti, devotion and love of God.
Watch and control your thoughts and know that thoughts have the power to change your life.

Love and Blessings,

Mahavatar Babaji

Sri Swami Vishwananda's Easter Talk

Someone kindly sent us the Google translation from Croatian to English of Sri Swami Vishwananda’s Easter talk. Please consider it the general or gist of his talk. Later perhaps we will have the “official” English words of his talk and will publish his talk at that time again.

Sri Swami Vishwananda’s Easter Talk (translated by Google from Croatian to English)

Mind is very difficult to have faith. Mind always explores faith because you doubt yourself.
One thought arises and you have faith, and then another thought cancels first and says that you have no faith. You are always under challenge in the mind. When such a situation arises, then there is no faith, no love, because faith and love arise in humility. Without that, nothing is worth. God is manifested through many saints over the centuries to remind us of one thing - that we are divine. You must know your godlike nature. It is an inheritance that you awaken true love. This will happen when you have faith. God has made it possible to achieve the easy way šaljeći us his messengers to remind us of the simple things. But the human mind is very complicated.

It is difficult to understand the simplicity.
People prefer large lectures because this is mind food. People often complain to me: "Guruji , jaaaaako is difficult , how to achieve it?" I keep hearing these lamentations. Saints constantly reminded us of it, but it looks like it is hard to understand.

When you give people simple things, then they are asking tough.
When you have problems you like to complain: "Why is it so hard? Do you not understand anything? " But when you give them a light thing then they complain because it was too easy. When they do things more difficult then they complain that they cannot continue . What do you want?

Christ said:" I'm tired of you giving you the laws and writings, I’ll do it for you"
He took upon himself all. Crucified and despite raised in glory and took upon himself all the sins and thus filled a great sacrifice. This is a true friend. He took your sins, your karma on himself. But he did not say just that. He did not say that it takes all to himself, but said: "If you want to follow take up his cross, I’ll help you, but you must do your part. 'll Help you, but if you do not accept whatever God gives you will not get nowhere even if I do it all for you, you would not do anything at all."

Everything would have been futile. Because you do not know the weight of his cross. When you wear it you know, and you know when you receive help.
But if you say that Christ will do everything for you then continue to wait. So many people think, since Christ said: “Give me your burden I’ll carry it for you. He took upon himself the sins of the world. "

Why did he have to suffer for the sins of us all?
He came to show us the way.

That's what everyone should do.
Erect your own cross and accept whatever God gives us regardless of whether it is good or bad. God will give us what we need. It is a fair God. Maybe it's not fair for the mind because we are all 'wise' people, smarter than God. What better to learn than to accept God with faith and love, we will see that He carries us. Our life is guided by his will. "I can show you how to love, but you can not force love." This has to come from your side. Offer love and God will accept it. This is the resurrection - when you come to know, when you accept your spiritual journey. When you are firmly anchored in your spiritual path, there is nothing you cannot shake.

When you look at what Christ told the apostles that's exactly what I have said.
He gave them everything and showed the way. Do not be like many who have been around Christ taking all for granted. Be as close to Jesus as his disciples. Although during the crucifixion some were not with him, they returned. Be like them who are totally surrendered to His will, His love. Christ is risen - is truly risen!

Easter SPN Sri Swami Vishwananda

Easter 2014 - The First Days

Over the easter feast days we have a lot of prayers in our church - here is the timetable for the 2nd half of Easter Week:

Services have been observed daily for hours in the Church, celebrating the many stages of Christ's last moments on Earth

Mira and the choir have been singing the whole time in their wonderful way:

We have already observed several liturgies and readings about the events and reasons why Jesus died on the cross for us. Several priests gave homilies, bringing clarity and understanding to the parables and words of Christ and his apostles. Everybody has been listening very attentively.

In the light hall there were two screens, one displaying the text of the readings and one a high quality live broadcast from inside the Church. This way it was possible for everybody to follow all the ceremonies in a comfortable way:

There where lamps prepared for the procession at the end of the ceremony of Good Friday. Everybody took one and we carried Jesus's body outside in a procession around the centre.

So far it's been a fantastic week of love and devotion to Christ and the sacrifice he made for us all. We now head into the final stretch of easter with a renewed spirit and with great anticipation for his resurrection!

My Friend Walking With God

Jesus Helping Disciple Peter Walk on Water

MY FRIEND WALKING WITH GOD

He walks in Light and Love . . . my friend.
He radiates love with his smile.
He, for me, characterizes the personification
Of Michelangelo’s beloved Sculpture of David,
That mesmerizing, mystical quality
Of an example of the finest Divine art
Man has created since the beginning
Of mortal time on Earth.

David, when just a boy,
Killed the terrorizing giant, Goliath,
With a simple slingshot and one rock,
Along with help from The Divine.
Later he became a great, Divine King.

People come to my friend and are changed
Forever as they progress spiritually
Each time they are in his presence.
He is connected to the highest gods
Of the Hindu Spiritual Tradition,
And with the immortal, unfathomable,
Beloved, Mahavatar Babaji.
His love and wisdom surpass the norm, and
This He shares freely with one and all, minus
Judgment, ego, pride or expectation . . .
Just Love!

He loves sweetly, strongly, wisely,
And gently like Christ Jesus
When he appreciated the woman
Who washed His feet with her tears,
Dried them with her long, lustrous
Black hair and anointed His feet
With the most Precious Oil of that time.
“Save the rest for my burial,” Jesus told her.
The crowd there did not know He would be crucified
On “The Old Rugged Cross” of Calvary.

To emulate him, this one who is my friend,
Would be a noble quality in any one of us.
May you all have friends like this
To love and be loved in return . . . tenfold.
This, we pray . . . Om and Amen.

Mataji Speaks April 16, 2014

MATAJI
Sister of Mahavatar Babaji
(Message via Swamini VishwaLakshmiAnandama, April 16, 2014)
Mataji and I stand on a snow-capped mountain in the Indian Himalayas. Through Her service to Her brother, Mahavatar Babaji, The Divine and to humanity, She shows me the world and all of humanity spread out below us beyond the mountain. These experiences necessarily take place in a higher frequency of energy than Earth energy and, therefore, cannot be fully explained in words. I am aware of being with Her loving magnificence and great beauty and simultaneously at my computer ready to write what She wishes to communicate to those who  resonate with Her and who will read Her message.

MATAJI SPEAKES April 16, 2014

Greetings,

Women of the world stand firm, strong and loving. Even as we speak now, the Kali Yuga is merging into the Sathya Yuga, the age of truth. In this new age women and men will walk side-by-side in equality. The age of Kali, which has brought competitiveness into the arena of every-day life, is slowly disappearing into the past. Cooperation is appearing more and more as we, your Spiritual Teachers, see the all. At present, all of you cannot grasp this great change as it is occurring by Divine Decree.

As my brother, Mahavatar Babaji is fond of saying: “It is written; so let it be!” Your children, in the future, will read the spiritual texts which predict this time of equality between men and women and wonder how it is that it took you so long in linear time to realize this great truth. Remember to inform them that The Divine has willed this evolvment or it would not have been possible. It has now served its purpose and is moving onto the horizon and will disappear in time to come, in Divine Timing.

In the Himalayas of India today, the sun is shining as we stand on a high mountain top and by Divine Power we see the whole of humanity and the world from this vantage point. As Divine Mother Lakshmi, I send showers of love in your direction of both material and spiritual wealth. Your only criterion is that you must want to receive this and retrieve it from your own spiritual heart!

My wish is that those of you, who know me as, Mataji, will listen to your spiritual heart. Then you can choose to not be confounded and mystified by what some may say is subterfuge about these messages, but know the truth of them from your heart. I am slowly beginning to pour from my hands, in beams of light directed to the hearts of resonating souls of Earth, unconditional love and truth of the Sathya Age to come.

In compassion and love,
Mataji – Sister of Mahavatar Babaji

Mahavatar ad Mataji's Method of Transmitting Messages: Mahavatar Babaji informed Lahiri Mahasaya at their first meeting in the Himalayas on Dunagiri Mountain near Ranikhet, India: “When  one realizes one's unity with humanity, all minds become transmitting vehicles through which one may work at will.”

Disciple of Swami Vishwananda Experiences with Mahavatar Babaji and Mataji

Mahavatar Babaji and Mataji – Mahavatar’s Sister

Sri Swami Vishwananda

There's personal (Spiritual) experience, unique to each person, but there is a kind of experience which you have to share. In spiritual books you can find many spiritual revelations. Do you think they would have got to the pages of books, if they are not shared? Imagine if Arjuna said about the revelations received from Krishna: "Cool, but it was only my personal experience.” Then we would not have the "Bhagavad Gita and the "Bible". There is an experience that is deep inside you, and you don't need to tell about it. But if you feel that you want to share something, always share this.

Disciple of Sri Swami Vishwananda Experiences with
Mahavatar Babaji and Mataji - Sister of Mahavatar

RAGHUDAS

Dear Beloved spiritual friends, Dear Beloved seekers of the Truth,

Mahavatar Babaji and His Sister, Mataji, Universal Divine Mother, Mother of the Whole Humanity,  have invited me through Swamini VishwaLakshmiAnandama to share with you my experiences and meetings with Mataji, Sister of Mahavatar Babaji. Through Swami VishwaLakshmiAnandama, I received the following message from Mahavatar Babaji and His Sister, Mataji.

“Mahavatar Babaji has said that if you, Raghudas, feel guided to tell a story of your meetings and connections with Mataji and Mahavatar Babaji, that we could publish in the VBV Blog it would be a good thing. This is only if you feel guided from Mataji, Babaji, and from within yourself and you choose to make this offering to the world. It could help others to become more aware of Mataji as she slowly Reveals herself to humanity at this time.“

Message of Raghudas With Mataji and Babaji:
My name is Raghudas, and I would like to share an experience, with humility, and with love in my Heart, which I had with Universal Divine Mother – Mother of the Whole Humanity – MATAJI, Sister of Mahavatar Babaji.

I am a disciple of my Beloved SatGuru, a
Great Master, Sri Swami Vishwananda, whom I found when I listened to the call of my heart.  He teaches us how to awaken The Divine Love inside of us and how to open our spiritual hearts. He is teaching us many beautiful spiritual techniques, including Atma Kryia Yoga, which He gave to humanity with the Blessings of Mahavatar Babaji.  And He is also teaching us to recognize Divine personalities – Avatars, Divine incarnations and Saints, which have worked and done a lot in the history of mankind.

He also teaches us to recognize and find in our hearts contemporary Divine Incarnations – Avatars, and that is how I met this Great Teacher of humanity, Mahavatar Babaji, who intensely helps me with my sadhana and also in the hardest times of my life. I realized Mahavatar Babaji for the first time, about 6 years ago, when I was with my SatGuru, Sri Swami Vishwananda, in His homeland, Mauritius. There in His Ashram I saw a statue of Mahavatar Babaji. I asked: “Swami, who is this?” Swami casually replied: “This is Mahavatar Babaji”. And since this moment I have felt in my heart that I have to meet Babaji, I have to feel Him and I have to strive to connect with Him. I felt that He belongs to my heart and He is part of my heart the same as I am part of His heart.

Dear Beloved Ones time was passing by. One sunny day, I don`t exactly remember what year it was –for sure it is not important – I saw a beautiful picture of a marvelous girl, who was radiating serenity, peace, love, all-knowing wisdom, but also a power of creation. I immediately asked my SatGuru: “Swamiji, who is this marvelous being? Who is the girl in this picture?” “Swami answered: “This is Mataji – Sister of Mahavatar Babaji. She is in a big cave in the Himalayas of India, which is buried with a big boulder, and this cave is not accessible. Mataji is sitting in this cave in deep Samadhi.” Feelings in my heart were mixed in that moment.

On one hand I felt huge ecstasy of happiness, that Mahavatar Babaji has a sister who is radiating the same Divinity as Mahavatar Babaji but in the feminine energy. That gave me great happiness and excitement.

Call Her and She will come in Her beauty and greatness to all of us on planet Earth and we will feel Her instantly. Let`s accept to our hearts Universal Divine Mother Mataji in the same way as we have accepted Her brother Mahavatar Babaji. They are both Great and Eternal Teachers of humanity.

With Love and humility,

Raghudas from Czech Republic,
disciple of His SatGuru Sri Swami Vishwananda, Mahavatar Babaji and Mataji,
Sister of Mahavatar Babaji – Mother of the Whole Humanity – Universal Divine Mother

A DIfferent Way of Giving Satsang

Sri Swami Vishwananda

There's personal (Spiritual) experience, unique to each person, but there is a kind of experience which you have to share. In spiritual books you can find many spiritual revelations. Do you think they would have got to the pages of books, if they are not shared? A Different Way of Giving Satsang
Mahavatar Babaji
                        with
Swamini VishwaLakshimiAnandama

Last week my daughter, who is West Coast, USA Director of Twenty-Two Core Power Yoga Studios arranged  a Satsang and Interviews for me via SKPE. This was very interesting. She had a Yoga Teachers' Meeting of a newly opened yoga studio and wished to give the Teachers a gift of something special at the end of the meeting.

This idea came to my daughter about two weeks ago, inspired by Mahavatar and Swami, no doubt, as we were out to dinner in a beautiful restaurant in Denver, Colorado, USA where everything in the decor is made from natural materials with nothing synthetic. Al food is organic, made fresh on one’s order and is absolutely delicious. Suddenly my daughter, Heather, asked: “Mom: I have an idea.   I would like to gift my Yoga Teachers with something special after our all-day meeting. Would you be interested in giving a short Group Satsang and then 10-minute individual interviews pertaining to spiritual and personal questions with each Teacher who wishes it via SKYPE video call? With Shakti skimming over my skin and body, my answer was, “Yes, I would very much like to do this, thank you.

During the Satsang and Questions and responses, it  was as if Mahavatar Babaji was surrounding me as the Satsang and interviews took place. Many were shedding bhakti tears as the guidance and spirit of Mahavatar Babaji poured upon these seeking young yoga teachers. There is more than one way to do Satsangs which definitely opens people’s hearts to love and The Divine.

Mahavatar Explains Symbology In Painting

MAHAVATAR EXPLAINS SYMBOLOGY IN THIS PAINTING
The backdrop of the painting is in a Himalayan forest in India. lush with verdant foliage and trees. There are small patches of snow not yet melted like in the late springtime. Around me are growing the Himalayan orchards which spring up even through the snow, and which I like very much. I am sitting in padmasana, with my back against a tall tree. Mataji is sitting beside me, to my right, with eyes closed deep in Samadhi. She is wearing a sari in a deep red, and with a golden choli (or blouse). On her sari are scattered, small gold tulsi leaves. Her hands are in the heart mudra. In her hair, behind her left ear, is one of the white orchids like some of those that are on the ground.

I have my eyes open and I am smiling slightly. It is not as if I never smile. Earth pictures have me looking strict and serious, which, I am when it is appropriate. I am looking at a small cobra which has its hood spread and is bowing its head toward me. My smile is in acknowledgment, acceptance and pleasure of the little cobra's devotion. The cobra also represents my devotees on earth.

The sacred Ganges River runs along one side of the picture, just a small portion. I have my right hand extended to the cobra offering it a gift inside a gold box. This small cobra represents the awakening kundalini in humanity. The gift I am offering is my love, friendship, and the availability of mankind to attain The Divine when he opens his heart to love. Also the gift box offers, within it, the nurturing aspect of Narayana. Should one meditate on this painting and connect with the gift inside this box within his heart, it becomes a gift from which many manifestations for mankind may come.

My Blessings to all,
Mahavatar Babaji
