Babaji Speaks of Gingerbread Construction - Metaphor of Man's Evolution

Letter From Mahavatar Babaji:

Gingerbread is bread which has been flavored with the healing herb, ginger. In itself, ginger is a catalyst for bringing out the many health benefits in other herbs. There is an ancient saying in India: “There is no tincture that is not imbued with the catalyst of ginger.” God gives the ginger for the health balancing within man’s physical form. Man has taken this Divine gift of ginger one step further and made the wheat grain infused with the healthy ginger. In addition, man has added much white sugar and also has used white flour in his gingerbread which also has had healthy parts removed to make the flour appealing to the eye and white in appearance. This white sugar is an addictive substance with unhealthy properties if taken in large quantities. Thereby, man has made gingerbread, which pleases the taste buds, without regard for nutrition and feeding the cells of the body for energy and well-being. If you choose foods with white sugar and white flour, please do so with extreme moderation. This is best for the physical form.

Like this, man has taken the spiritual tenets of old and added new properties, as well as removed some of the original, like the white sugar which is not healthy in great quantities, as evolution has progressed through time. This ending of the Kali Yuga and the destruction Shiva is bringing to man’s attention in nature, health, man’s political arena, economic and natural disasters of present-day are a part of the balancing of evolution of man throughout time on Earth. These “signs of the times” are like a star that has seemed fixed for centuries is now proven by scientists to seem to be moving in the eyes of man as he gazes heavenward. The magnetic poles of the Earth are shifting and the effects are being experienced by all of you.

Be loving, patient and tolerant of what needs to be happening in your world and within yourself at these changing times, physically, environmentally and spiritually and in every way that the “signs of the times reflect.” Be loving with each other in your world family always. Cultivate Trust in the Divine even in the face of danger and destruction. Do not fear! Be conscious that there is Shiva's destruction before regeneration can emerge!

This is a sign of spiritual progress when you can do as Christ and Krishna taught:

“Do unto others as ye would have them do unto you. Love your enemies and do good to them that persecute you!”

Master Christ Jesus

Wherever is Krishna, the lord of yoga; and wherever is Arjuna, the archer; there will be everlasting prosperity, victory, happiness, and morality.
