How to Solve a Problem

You see a problem can be very small like this, but you can stretch it and make it long. That’s what you do always, or you can let go of it completely and leave it in the hand of God. He shall take care. He gave it and he has a solution for it; trust into that.

Dear Babaji-
Please can you give me and also others in that some guidance and support in the following: sometimes in out lives we might feel as if we are at a point, where we do not know how to continue, which is the right path, what are the right actions to undertake- and we do not even know, what brought us to the point we are at! With is comes a feeling of despair, shame, guilt and fear- because structure as we knew it and were used to, does not surround us anymore- we do not know what will become of us if we move on, and we also do not know yet HOW to move on so that we will stay in tune with Him- all we want is, to be in tune with Him and feel it inside our Hearts, and yet at that point we are full of fear, scared of loosing our way, walking in the dark and not have Him with us any longer. It feels like one is going through some kind of metamorphosis, like a caterpillar before he can turn into a butterfly, and we doubt our ability to really turn into that beautiful butterfly and just feel the pain of the process. Mahavatar, even if we try our best to just TRUST, sometimes it seems difficult- please tell, what are the steps we can make towards Him in that situation, so that He will take the steps towards us?
With Love,
S.

To S. Comment:
In all spiritual lives, there are times of the ebb and flow. At times one feels the connection to the Divine very strongly, sometimes not as much, isn't it? This is normal. Then the time comes with there are difficulties and one may fall into depression and even despair. This is a time of testing the faith and trust.

Now is the time to withdraw from the mind and dive deeper into the heart. But what most people do is dive deeper into the depression as they feel pity for themselves and they think in the mind of their problems which go round and round in the mind, sometimes it seems endlessly.

Your teacher said in this entry: "You see a problem can be very small like this, but you can stretch it and make it long. That’s what you do always, or you can let go of it completely and leave it in the hand of God. He shall take care. He gave it and he has a solution for it; trust into that." He means that you take the problem and stretch it to magnify it 7 X 7 by keeping your mind on it continuously. This quote of your Master answers your questions if you truly feel with your heart what He is saying to you and guiding you to do.

There are many words that have been said and written about what you have written, but in the final analysis, what Swami Vishwananda said in these few words is the shortest way to eliminating all your questions you have asked. But, you see, you, yourself, must do the work, do what he says with all your heart, mind and soul. Often people want God to do it for them and refuse to make the changes within themselves that they need to do to become free.

You are ever loved and never alone,

Dear S.
A few months ago I felt so lost too... And now it's so much different, so much better. As it turned out, all I had to do was continue working on myself and be patient.
Don't worry and have faith :)
