My beloved Chelas:
Since time began man has wandered the wilderness of his lonely trek into the snows of the Himalayas within, thereby to obtain the elusive peace of understanding and communion with the Divine. That journey must be taken alone, in the sense that no man may accompany you. You are in the presence of the Divine as you walk that long and lonely way. There is hope, for many Enlightened Masters have shown you the way. And you truly are never alone as the Divine is with you always and closer than your breath. Continue to tune into the maha energy of the Lord and a feeling of eternal peace and love will come to you.
"The proof of the pudding is in the eating” is a saying which means, in essence, that something has to be experienced in order for one to realize fully how it is and what benefits are inherent within it. It is like this with the Meditations and Atma Kriya that Swami Vishwananda teaches. You must render, or execute, the content in such a way that you experience the benefits and reap the ultimate harvest of liberation. -Babaji
Utpalavati: You may learn about the benefits of Atma Kriya at the following link: http://atmakriya.org /spiritual-benefits
Babaji recommends that if you are guided from within to do so, and even if you previously have viewed this, please watch and render the content of the video below to reap the benefits. Swami Vishwananda speaks about cultivating a relationship with Mahavatar Babaji, the Param Guru—the Guru of one’s own Guru. (As you may know, Mahavatar Babaji is Swami Vishwananda’s Guru).
