Satya Narayana Dasa spoke at Shree Peetha Nilaya
last evening after prayers. His talk centered around the topic of Bhakti Yoga
versus Karma Yoga. He said that Karma Yoga must merge into Bhakti Yoga to
achieve the Divine.
When in the presence of Swami Vishwananda, our Satguru, one always feels the Bhakti. He makes one feel, like "God is Love," so Gurudev is Love, like God !
Open up your heart!
Love, love unconditionally! Love
without limit! Love without expecting anything! Realise this Love is ever
flowing, the more you give, the more you receive. Just give for the sake of
giving. That is what you are here for. Not to receive anything, not to take
anything from anybody. Because, what is the difference between you and me?
Nothing but one difference: I realise it, and you don’t realise it. But you
can also reach the same level. You need to be continuously in Love.
With Rishi Tulsidasananda, I went to Switzerland from Friday to
Monday and just returned to SPN last evening.
Tulsidas did two Babaji Yagnas and
Satsangs. I was invited to do a Satsang on Sunday. While offering the
ghee and chanting a Babaji mantra at the Yagna (Tulsidas allowed me to help in
this way and it was wonderful), Babaji suggested
that my topic in the Satsang be "Gratitude. Babaji said: "Whenever you feel gratitude,
Love arises."
Swami Vishwananda:: "God created everything
and dwells inside us. Calm yourmindso that
you can focus on the Divine inside of you. The desire of oursoulis to attain God's lotus feet. Love all, loveeverybody thenGoddwells
inside everyone. Remember this every day then you will experience theUnity.”
Krishna: “Behold, O son of Pritha (Arjuna)! by hundreds and by
thousands My Divine forms – multicolored, omifarious! Behold the Aditays, the
Vasus, the Rudrus, the twin Ashvins, the Maruts, and many wonders hitherto
unknown! Here and now, O Conqueror of sleep (Arjuna) behold as unified in My
Cosmic Body all worlds, all the moves or is motionless, and whatever else thou
desirest to see. But thou canst not see Me with mortal eyes. Therefore I give
thee sight divine. Behold my supreme power of yoga! With these words Hari
(Krishna) the exalted Lord of Yoga, revealed to Arjuna the consummate
Embodiment, the Cosmic-Bodied Ishvara-Form.”
A Guru loves all his disciples the same on the soul level.
Some look like they have a closer place in the heart of the Guru
And one is sometimes called the “favorite disciple.”
When you study the lives of Gurus,
One must accept the possibility that the Guru
Lives life not on the same wave of maya as most of humanity.
Therefore, accept your place in the Guru’s
world wherever
It may be and however near or dear you may or may not
Seem to be with Him, your heart Guru.
It is the way of the Lord to have this situation on Earth
And acceptance without jealousy is one of the tests of the Guru,
Which is solely for the benefit of the aspiring soul of the disciple,
The devotee.
When you have attained a skill or a place
in society wherein the Guru
May use you for His mission, do not believe Maha Maya
Who persuades you that you are the doer,
For it is the Divine that has placed you either high or low as society
Translates your life treasures, circumstances and attainments.
Thank the Lord for your station in life and that the Guru
Has chosen to use you to further his mission on Earth . . .
Be ye worth only the dull potters clay or dripping with the
World’s most cherished, shining, gold bullion.
Once there was a young girl who left her home in a remote
mountain village of the lower Himalayas. She was only 9 years of age. She
subsisted on herbs, roots, plants and fruits she found around her and water
from the Sacred Ganges nearby. For 9 years she lived in a cave and at the end
of her sadhana she was an enlightened being.
Mohini Goddess of Beauty
This now 18 -year old girl began to roam around India from village to
village and sit under a tree or on the banks of Mother Ganges and play a flute
she had made from a bamboo stalk. The tunes she played were so melodious and
beautiful that people who heard them thought: “Krishna, Himself, must have
played His flute and sounded like that! The flute music and the serenity of her countenance, as well
as the light around her drew people to her. She became a great yogini. She could heal and teach the Vedas although no one had
taught her. She said, when asked, that the Seven Sages of the Himalayas had
taught her while she was in the cave for the nine years. Some said that she was
an Incarnation of the Divine Mother, Herself!
One day a small child was run over by a bullock cart as this
yogini sat in the middle of the village playing her flute and teaching the
people gathered around her. Mohini Ma, as she was called, due to her great
natural beauty, calmly lay down her flute, walked over to the child and poured
cool water on the young boy’s brow and said a secret healing mantra the Seven
Great Sages had taught her. The young boy stood up and it was discovered that
he had no broken bones, no cuts or bruises and seemed completely restored to
health. In days to come this was proven to be true.
You see, as Mohini Ma demonstrated to the people of these remote Indian villages, sadhana is
very important in one’s life, such as the Atma Kriya Yoga of your teacher,
Swami Vishwananda. Remember to do your sadhana, japa, and meditation each day
if you wish to progress on the spiritual path. And So It Is.

Mahavatar Babaji Speaks
Today Seemingly restless souls take their
cue from restless minds. So it is that man wanders from lifetime to lifetime, lost, as if in a wilderness of confusion, sickness, and mental torment. It need
not be this way for any of you. One may simply calm the mind through
meditation, japa, and choosing to Love Unconditionally all life everywhere, and
beyond time and space into all of creation. Mahavatar Babaji
Mary Magdalene is mentioned in the Gospels as being among the women of Galilee who followed Jesus and His disciples. She was present at His Crucifixion and Burial, and went to the tomb on Easter Sunday to anoint His body. She was the first to see the Risen Lord, and to announce His Resurrection to the apostles. Accordingly, she is referred to in early Christian writings as "the apostle to the apostles."
Experience: The Church of la Madeleine, Paris France, August 2, 2012 Mary Whispers Within me . . .as if while sitting in Church we must speak and listen quietly.
I take a pen and write on a white paper shopping bag with an icon in it that I
had with me. Mary of Madeleine whispered ever so sweetly inside my inner ear,
with Her form upon my inner screen, the following:
Mary Madeleine
The Holy angels stand with me at the right hand of the Father and His Son to show mankind the compulsion which he needs to know to set himself free of sin and to shine in the Holy Light of Christ and His Heavenly Host.
In the shadow of your heart, I live. In the fragrance of the rose, I am. In all hearts I live and have my being. I come to all who call me.
I am the ever-living magnificence of the Holy Spirit of all the Saints resting in my name. I am you and the all.
I cancel the soul debts of sinners everywhere who pray with sincerity and sanctification. Some know who I am. I know you all.
Pray, and I hear and will answer each one.
I am Mary of Magdeleine. I am the one who is in secret as to the purpose for which I was born at the time of Christ.
Bread and cheese is the food of man. Love is the Lifeforce which sustains the all.
