Rise in the morning sun.
Retire in the night starlight.
Betwixt & between,
Be like the three little
Monkey brothers who
Hear no evil,
Speak no evil and
See no evil.
Let the Divine Light
Of the Sun and Starlight
Shine through you
In all that you Hear, Speak, See
And Do.

My beloved Mahavatar Babaji,
thank You for reminding agin and again so patiently. It plants these wonderful seeds of You so deep into the heart, so I'm more and more able to see that's a question of holding a "high frequency", which produces then a "higher experience" of "reality" we can live in. Like it is a "golden way" to repeat mantras over a long time, better every time, when being awake as much as being asleep. Please help all of us, who want to achieve this, more and more. Thank You for being present in our hearts all the time!
