All Year Express Happiness and Sing

This is a time when everyone is very happy. Wherever you go there is a lot of happiness and joy vibrating in the air. This joy should not be limited to this period of time (Christmas / New Year). People start very happily. They have big feasts and are joyful through the holidays until the New Year. Then after some time the happiness fades again until next year.

Try to keep this happiness of Christmas and New Year all the time. Remind yourself of your Divinity by taking the example of Jesus, Krishna and all the holy ones and putting them into your life. Try to make the ultimate goal that of realizing the Self. So express this happiness all year; and sing!
