Swami’s Talk: Lovely to be here with all of you. In Warsaw, we were talking about how to attain quietness. Of course, many of you were not there. It was about being in silence.You see on the spiritual path, we do our practices very often, but yet often we don’t see with visible eyes…changes. There are three qualities which stop us from seeing we are changing all the time. These three factors are shame, hatred and fear. If you analyze yourself, these three factors…we call ourselves religious or we call ourselves spiritual, but yet we hang so much on fear, fear of losing, and yet we have come into this world to lose-- something. . .
