OM Healing meditations are offered around this planet now through the spiritual work of Swami Vishwananda, at my behest, my will. I offer you the consolation that, if you do indeed follow your heart and attend these OM Healing meditations, you will benefit in ways you cannot define or even count the numbers of benefits. OM Healing is sacred geometry brought forth from sound into light into the human DNA within the spinal cord which contains nerves that connect to all human bodily systems.
As you attune to the sound of OM, your whole being; body, mind and soul, resonates to the sound of OM, the sound of creation. In this way you “fine tune” your Self even as a musician uses a tuning fork to tune a guitar or sitar to bring it into harmony. So Let It Be. Become whole and unified through Atma Kriya and OM Healing, which is contained within it like a seed crystal of living light. –Babaji
