Swami Vishwananda said in Helsinki, Finland this week: The thoughts often are judgmental. That is why you have to watch your thoughts. The moment the thought manifests inside yourself, if you focus on it and project energy on this thought, then it gets manifested. Whatever you focus with the mind it will be amplified. That is why if you chant any Divine name, your mind will dwell in the Divine. And when you remember continually the Divine, you will attain it.
